  • What time does the ceremony start?
    Doors open at 4:30pm and our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please be sure to arrive early to ensure you don't miss any special moments.
  • Is there parking available at the venue?
    Yes - there is ample parking available at the venue for all guests. We recommend arriving early to secure a convenient parking spot.
  • What is the dress code for the wedding?
    The dress code is cocktail attire; however, we want everyone to feel comfortable and encourage you to dress in a way that suits the joyous occasion.
  • Can I bring a guest if my invitation is not explicitly "plus one"?
    Due to limited space at our venue, we kindly ask that only guests listed on your RSVP be included on our special day.
  • Are my children invited to the wedding?
    While we love your kids, we are limiting children to family-only at this time.
  • Will there be vegetarian/vegan meal options? Can I request a special meal due to allergies or dietary restrictions?
    Yes - we will have vegetarian and vegan meal options available. Please note any dietary restrictions while making your RSVP.
  • When is the RSVP deadline?
    Please kindly RSVP by August 8th to ensure we have accurate guest counts for seating, catering, and other arrangements.
  • Can I bring a gift to the wedding? Do you have a registry?
    Your presence is the greatest gift and we appreciate your generosity. Instead of a traditional registry, we would be honored if you considered a monetary contribution towards our future plans.
  • Is there a wedding hashtag we should use on social media?
    We do not have a special hashtag to commemorate our wedding day; however, please tag us (@nathanchein, @kaaarebears) on all Social channels!
  • Are there nearby accommodations for out-of-town guests? Is there a hotel room block available?
    Due to a majority of our guests residing in the Bay Area, we have decided to forego a traditional hotel room block. If you are interested in making nearby accommodations, we recommend joining us at the Hotel De Anza in Downtown San Jose.
